In the world of design, Karim Rashid is a legend. From hotels, to fashion, Rashid has done it all. He has broken the barriers of tradition, leaping into the future with his breath-taking modern creations. His accessories are not only colourful, quirky and bizarre; but completely fresh on the scene. From watches that have never been seen, and shoes that have never been thought of, Karim Rashid is truly a design genius.
His mirror design shoes for Fessura completely cross the boundaries of fashion. The shoes, which come in many variations of unconventional colours, may look like something out of a sci-fi flick; but will definitely attract all the attention you need on a day out. It is a statement piece that every modern man should include in his wardrobe. His trend-setting spider shoes are another design piece he created for Fessura. The wacky exterior will leave everybody in marvel at the art work on your feet.
It is the Karim Rashid watches, however, that will make people stop and stare. His Yahoo collection will add a perfect dash of futuristic fashion to any ensemble. The perfect pair of sunglasses are always hard to find for the man of fashion, but Rashid has the flawless answer. His line for Sceye is so distinguished in its design that it will brighten up any bland outfit. Fashion is merely a segment in his large and always-growing empire though. His furniture pieces would make any home go from traditional Brady Brunch to the future and beyond. Whether it is sunglasses or shoes, Rashid pays attention to every detail, tearing down the conventions of society and mixing them up to create designs that are so unheard of, even in this modern day and age.
